"Hi" my name is "Buddy". I am 5 years old. I was rescued from an Animal Shelter. I was picked up as a stray with no collar, and my owners couldn't find me. The shelter I was sent to sometimes is forced to turn dogs like me over for animal research, sometimes the kennels get too full and they cant keep us. Thank goodness my family came along and adopted me! :).

I have turned out to be a wonderful dog. My new family loves me, I was really skinny (as you can see in the middle picture below), and had a bad case of kennel cough when they brought me home. I slept for the first four days. But I got better real quick, and my new family only had to pay a small adoption fee.

Now I have fit right in, I love my new kids, who keep me very busy. They found out all the tricks that I already new. And I never had an accident in the house. I am a big boy, but my owners knew that when they got me.
